Spooky season hits differently when you get to experience it behind the scenes! I was excited to be invited to Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington, Texas, as a content creator for the park’s seasonal Fright Fest and Oktoberfest experiences.
As a Dallas–Fort Worth lifestyle and entertainment creator, I love discovering experiences worth sharing with my audience. This invitation offered an opportunity to experience the park beyond a typical visit, with exclusive programming, live entertainment, and a closer look at the people who help bring the park to life.
An Exclusive Creator Experience at Six Flags Over Texas
The experience included private shows, a meet-and-greet with park management and entertainment staff, and a luncheon at Six Flags. We also had the opportunity to see the many plays, performances, and live shows taking place throughout the park.
From the theatrical entertainment to the haunted houses and seasonal atmosphere, there was so much to explore and capture. We also received VIP passes, making it possible to experience the park’s attractions and seasonal offerings with special access.
One of the most interesting parts of the visit was getting a closer look at the entertainment side of the park. Behind every performance and themed experience are teams of people working to create memorable moments for guests. Being able to meet members of the management and entertainment teams added another dimension to the experience.
Fright Fest, Haunted Houses & Seasonal Entertainment
Fright Fest brings a spooky transformation to the theme park, with haunted attractions, theatrical experiences, and Halloween atmosphere throughout the park. Seeing the haunted houses and the variety of entertainment firsthand made for an exciting seasonal creator experience.
Oktoberfest brought another festive dimension to the visit, showcasing the park’s fall-season offerings.
As a creator, these experiences are exciting because there is so much more to tell than what appears in a single photo or video. From the atmosphere and performances to the people behind the scenes, live experiences offer countless opportunities for storytelling.
